Only Replacements!!
At Torque, customer satisfaction is our priority. While weΒ do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide replacements for damaged or incorrect items, provided the following conditions are met.
Eligibility for Replacement
We offer replacements only in the following cases:

The item was received damaged

The wrong item was delivered
To be eligible for a replacement:

You must provide proper unboxing video proof showing:

The package being opened clearly
-
The damage or issue clearly visible

The shipping label and packaging intact and visible

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Unboxing Video Requirement

The video must be taken in one continuous shot with no cuts or edits.

The package should be unopened at the start of the video.

The video must clearly show the condition of the item, the outer packaging, and the shipping label.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Once reviewed and approved, we will dispatch a replacement item at no additional cost.
No Refunds
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Replacements will be provided for approved claims only.
Non-Replacement Items
Replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

No unboxing video is provided

The issue is reported after 3 days of delivery

The damage appears to have occurred after opening

Sale items or items marked as non-returnable
